Anthony "Tony" Joseph Maturo, 61, died peacefully Friday, November 28, 2025, in his room at Lake Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lake Worth, Texas after a long fight with sepsis.

Anthony Joseph Maturo was born March 22, 1964 in Hartford Connecticut to Anthony Richard Maturo and Diane Lee (nee. Krzemenski). He moved with his family to Texas in his youth and became a pillar within the local community of Haltom City first then Lake Worth, Texas. He proudly served in the ROTC at Haltom High School. His dedication to youth athletics led to his roles as a baseball coach, umpire, and eventually the President of the White Settlement Youth Association and President of the Pony Baseball League of the Tarrant County region. His career in customer service and technical support allowed him to share his expertise in emerging communications technology, eventually leading to his success in Fortune 500 through AT&T and Hartford Insurance. Above all, his family took precedent, with much of his time devoted to creating treasured memories with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He shared with them his love of espionage movies, country music, and sports of all kinds. His faith in Jesus Christ was evident through his love and generosity.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, John and Diane Roulston; Anthony R. Maturo; his brothers, John Roulston III. and Jim Roulston; and many dear friends who welcome him into Heaven.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Toni Lu Maturo of Lake Worth, Texas; sisters, Laura Hamm and husband, Robin of Lake Worth, Texas, Margie Porter of FLordia, and Elizabeth Adamski of Cincinnati; daughter, Amarisa Lee Maturo of Boyd, Texas; son, Isaiah Nathaniel McLeod Gardea of Burleson, Texas and wife, Kristin; and daughter, Mary Katherine Maturo of Lake Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Breyannah Rowan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and husband, Kaygen, Kenzi Seay of Burleson, Texas, Jonathan Anthony Maturo and Eighdyn White of Boyd, Texas; six great-granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews, friends aplenty.
