Barbara Jo Anderson, 72, passed away Sunday morning, October 27, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home. Barbara was born April 14, 1941, in Ohio to William and Anna Mae McCall Plies. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sherrill Anderson; brother, William Micheal Plies; and son, Bradley Jeff Strange. She is survived by her sons, Gene and wife, Michelle, of Fort Worth and Blakely Jan Strange and wife, Laura, of Saginaw; stepchildren, Lisa Cleary of Burleson, Mike Anderson and wife, Beth, of Burleson, Scott Anderson of Waco, Mark Anderson and wife, Honor, of Burleson; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; siblings, William John Plies and wife, Toni, of Humble, Sara Syverson and husband, James, of Virginia, Robin and Eddie Rice of Azle and George William Leckband of Nome, Alaska; her dear cousin, Mike McCall and his partner of California; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
