Betty Brown Best Pugh passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Celebration of Life: 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Betty was born on September 13, 1926 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Felix and Frances May Best. She moved to Fort Worth with her husband, Jack Pugh a few years after World War II. During her working life, she worked for General Dynamics in the technical illustrations group on the F-111 program. She also worked at Nieman Marcus in the cosmetics department. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Pugh. Survivors: Son, Phillip Pugh and wife, LaraJane Pugh; daughter, Lisa Barnes; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
