Beverly June Burd, 82, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013, at her home. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Mrs. Burd, a lifelong area resident, graduated from Lake Worth High School in 1948. She retired from Montgomery Ward after 30 years of service. She is survived by her son, Robby; grandchildren, Selina Cooper and husband, Jeremiah, Alicia Cole, Stacey Rodriguez and husband, Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Zoie and Ella Cooper, Taelis, Rain and Phoenix Cole, Cooper and Lyla Rodriguez.
