Kay was born January 26, 1952 in Fort Worth to Willie A. Ledbetter and Elizabeth Bellah Ledbetter. Kay was a Paralegal who loved and knew her job. Kay loved music; she sang in the church choir and had many solos. Kay was an excellent cook. Kay loved traveling and one of her favorite states to visit was Colorado (she loved the mountains). She cherished her family and would give anything for them. Survived by sons: Eric and wife Brooke Roamell; Shane Roamell. Grandchildren: Katelynn Roamell, Braxton Roamell, Zegan Roamell.
