Billy Roy Boatwright, Jr. age 64, passed away from this life on Sunday, July 2, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Visitation: 9:00 to 11:00 am, Monday, July 10, 2023 prior to Service.

Service: 11:00 am, Monday, July 10, 2023 in Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas.

Interment: 2:00 pm, Monday, following service at Bethel Cemetery, Decatur, Texas.

Billy Roy was born March 3, 1959 in Fort Worth to Billy Roy Boatwright, Sr. and Nelda Faey (Beard) Boatwright. After high school,

Billy went to college and received his bachelor's degree and was a respiratory therapist. He married Jacqueline Mara and they had two daughters.

He loved listening to music, Coca-Cola and his cats. The most important to him in life was his family, kids and grandbabies, and his Diamond Hills Jarvus Family as well.

Billy is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Mara; children, Amber Whisenant and husband, Chuck and Amanda Peet and husband Joseph;

grandchildren, Jacob, LeAnna, Braylynn, Briell, Benson and Joseph; brother, Lee Boatwright; and sister, Della Boatwright.
