Billy
Ford
Aug 23, 1941 — Nov 18, 2025
Billy Ford, 84, of Azle, Texas, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
Interment: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Born August 23, 1941, in Worth County, Georgia, Billy lived a life devoted to faith, family, and service. A proud veteran, he retired as a Master Sergeant (MSgt) from the United States Air Force, carrying the values of discipline, loyalty, and humility throughout his life.
Billy enjoyed exploring God's creation—whether with a fishing pole in his hand or gazing from the balcony on a cruise. However, his greatest joy in life was his family, especially his grandchildren.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Agnes (Powell) Ford, and his sisters, Betty Ann Amick, Joyce Bliss, and Barbara Archinal.
He is survived by his children, Tara Browne and her husband, Trevor, Bobby Ford and his wife, Rebekah, and Kim Knight; his sister, Anita Mallory; and several nieces and nephews. Known affectionately as "Pappy," he was a beloved grandfather to Kylee (Bradley), Kynleigh (Spencer), Kasen, Emery, and Hudson, and a proud great-grandfather to Asher.
Billy's life was defined by steady kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love. The values he instilled, the stories he shared, and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He will be remembered as a faithful servant of the Lord who loved his family and friends.
