On April 29, 2020 Billy Wayne Simmons Sr.'s spirit left this world to move onto the next. A disabled Army Veteran and retired Zoologist, Billy enjoyed working on his artwork, which was centralized in Native American culture. He also enjoyed traveling with his loving wife and most importantly building memories with his family. Billy had a love for the great outdoors, rock n roll music and practical jokes. Everywhere he went was with a cold Dr. Pepper and a big smile. His gentle and giving spirit has marked our hearts forever. He is preceded in death by father Paul Edmond Simmons, mother Mary Juanita Williams, and brother George E Simmons. Billy is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Teresa A Simmons; children, Billy W Simmons Jr., Mary E Simmons, Melissa A Yang and Matthew W Simpson; their spouses; 11 grandchildren, and fur-babies Casper and Spicy as well as a host of extended family and loving friends.
