Bobby D. Garland, 73, a loving husband, father and friend, passed away Friday July 27, 2012, at home. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Tuesday in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home. Bobby was born June 4, 1939, in Jacksboro, one of 10 children born to Jack and Maggie Garland. He was a lifelong area resident and was a partner in A and B Muffler Shops for over 40 years. He loved to hunt and play golf and was an avid University of Texas fan. The family would like to express its appreciation to Covenant Hospice and to their many family and friends for the love and care that has been given to Bobby.
