Bobby's journey of faith began at Walnut Creek Baptist Church as a child when he felt called by God to profess his faith and accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

In 1977, Bobby married Marcia Collins, with whom he shared a wonderful life until her passing in 2003.
In 2008, he found love again with Kathy Garner, and they married in 2011 in Las Vegas. Bobby embraced his role as an instant father, PaPa, Son-In-Law, SHPC, including recently becoming a Great Papa. His love for his family, especially the children and grandchildren, was evident in the special bond they shared. Bobby taught them valuable life lessons and created memories that will be cherished forever.
Experiencing medical challenges in recent years that limited his favorite activities, Bobby continued to find joy in gambling, fishing, and live music.
He was known for his sweet, loving nature, good humor, and unwavering loyalty to those he held dear. Bobby's presence will be deeply missed, but the impact of his love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
As we mourn the loss of Bobby, we also celebrate the legacy of a kind-hearted man who touched the lives of many and left an indelible mark on the world around him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
