Bonnie Jane Custer, 67, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021. Service: 6:00 P.M., Thursday, April 15, 2021, Castleberry Baptist Church, 1250 Jim Wright Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76108. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Castleberry Church youth camp fund. Bonnie was born in Anchorage, Alaska on September 9, 1953 to William Jennings Sheldon and Florence Amelia (Rhodes) Sheldon. Bonnie retired from Kroger after 37 years of service as a Deli Manager. She also was a member of the Castleberry Baptist Church family where she taught Sunday school and sang in the choir for many years. In her spare time, besides loving the outdoors, swimming and the ocean, Bonnie loved making handmade cards of all kinds, to send out to family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence Sheldon Survivors: She is survived by her husband, John Custer; sons, Christopher [Tabby] Custer and Austin Custer; five grandchildren, Phoenix, Wesley, Raven, Joshlyn and Tripp; two sisters, Kathleen [Kim] Fulmer and Gloria [Ron] Doles-King; one brother, Jim [Tina] Sheldon.
