Bradley Louis Kostyak passed away Monday, December 28, 2015, at 26 years of age. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2015 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the funeral home. Donations may be made to nami.org in lieu of flowers. His sense of humor and love for family will be dearly missed. Hell forever be loved and remain in our hearts. Bradley is survived by his parents, Leonard and Carrie Kostyak; brother, Trey; sister, Chelsea; grandparents, Vicki Kostyak, Judy and Louis Haataja; great-grandma, Pauline Hudson; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
