She was a vibrant and energetic individual who made friends wherever she went. Carla loved singing, laughing, and enjoying the company of her friends. She had a special affection for animals, especially her little dog, Delilah. Carla often said as a young Mother, her son Candone and her, "grew up together."

Carla attended Winona High School. Where she excelled in acting, dance and cheerleading. A member of the Wildcat marching band, she served as majorette and trumpet player. Like her mother, Carla had a deep love for God and enjoyed fellowship and singing in the Lord's house.

Carla is survived by her husband, Ronald "Red" Weston; her father, Larry Dale Marshall of Fort Worth; her son, Candone Saucedo and his wife, Chloe and their children Naomi and Nathan; her nephew, Grant Houston Marshall, niece, Kaytlin Quinn Marshall, and sister, Laura Lynn Marshall Newsom. Carla had a blended array of extended friends and family members, all of whom loved her dearly.

Carla was heartbroken by the passing of her mother, Katherine Marshall, in June. She never stopped missing her brother, William "Billy" Marshall, her grandparents, uncle, and many other family members.

Carla Yvonne Weston will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, love for life, and the joy she brought to those around her. May her soul rest in peace.
