Chance Jordan Gilliland FORT WORTH It is with deep sorrow and the greatest regret, we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle, Chance Jordan Gilliland. He left our heavenly earth Thursday, December 5th at the age of 34. He struggled against the disease of drug addiction and despite multiple attempts, the disease proved to be too powerful. However, we do take great comfort knowing he is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. No longer do those chains bind him, he is no longer in pain, and he is at peace. Service: Chances celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Biggers Funeral Home, 6100 Azle Ave. in Lake Worth. He was a graduate of L.D. Bell High School and Ogle School of Hair Design. Chance excelled at his career and had so much potential. Despite his own struggles Chance was always adamant on being there to support his friends and family. You could always count on him for laughs, a smile, and comfort if you were ever down. Chance was preceded in death by his father, Richard Gilliland; maternal and paternal grandparents; and aunt, Sue Wills.
