Charles James Cranford, age 83, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 in Trophy Club, Texas.

Service: 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 12, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Chapel

6100 Azle Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas

Interment: Dido Cemetery following Service

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Home.

Charles was born October 24, 1940 in Walters, Oklahoma to the late John and Bertha Cranford. He had four brothers and four sisters.

Charles loved visiting with the family and loved his grandchildren. When he was not busy with his family, his pastime hobbies were watching game shows, Oklahoma football or playing some golf in the backyard. He always read his Bible every night before going to bed.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years, Donna (Vondell) Cranford; his parents, John Lee and Bertha Irene (Bramlet) Cranford; four brothers, Mason, JR, Earby and Everett Cranford; three sisters, Dorothy Billen, Cora MacBillen and Evelyn Schell.

Charles is survived by his children, Andrea (Cranford) Lauterbach and Jack of Trophy Club, Brad Cranford and Nikki of Reno, Stephen Cranford and Greg Cranford of Granbury; grandchildren, Ryan LaBean, Colten Cranford, Megan Cranford, Abigal, Madelyn and Emma Lauterbach; and one sister, Bevelyn and Charles Meyer of Temple, Oklahoma.
