Charles "Chuck" Morrow,76, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at a local hospital. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Chuck was born December 5, 1944 in Donna to the late James Kenneth and Melva Morrow. He was a 36- year employee and retiree of DFW Airport Water Utilities Department. Chuck was a strong, dependable, and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He proudly served his country in the Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife, Janell Morrow; his parents; and brothers, Allen and James Morrow. Survivors: Wife, Evelyn Morrow; daughter, Carrie Niedermann and her husband, Jesse and their children, Dylan Niedermann, Shelby Niedermann and Brianna Niedermann; daughter, Laura Middleton and her husband, Ron and their children, Christopher Arizola, Jessica Beavers, Payton Elliott, Mackenzie Elliott and Turner Middleton; son: Terry Bullard and his wife, Connie and their children, Terry Ray Bullard, Jamie Nicks and Kolby Bullard; daughter, Bridget Radacy and her husband, Kirk and their children, Christy Radacy, Danielle Radacy, and Brandy Radacy; 16 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ann Harvey and Kay Perry.
