Obituary

Charles Holly Rowney He was born on November 23, 1952 to Grace Swearingen and Charlie Vance Rowney. He lived in Fort Worth for 25 years. He resided the remainder of his journey in Lipan Texas with his wife of 25 years Barbara Ann Moore and their four girls. He served the Lipan community as a volunteer Fire man for many years where he also served as assistant Fire Chief. He owned his own business "Rowney does it all" he resided in Lipan for more than 40 years. Holley enjoyed life, family members and friends, he will be missed dearly. Proceeded in death by mother Grace Rowney, father Charlie Rowney, brother n law Jack Rhymes. Daughters: Barbara Ann and Eddie Fortune, Crystal and Andrew Winegardner, Jody and Tommy Vasquez, and Fanci and Robert Hawkins. Sister: Carolyn Rhymes Nieces: Molly and Mellissa Nephews: Jackie and Billy Jack Grandchildren: Krista Gosselin, Haley Jenkins, Brooke Winegardner, Gage Vasquez, Megan Jenkins, Whitney Jenkins, Grey Vasquez Gracie Vasquez, Andrea Hunsinger.
