This world just lost one of the good guys, Chris Colegrove, 37, much-loved son, fiance, nephew, friend, and "brother" to so many, passed away in his home on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012. His loveable smile and soulful spirit will be missed by so, so many. Chris was born in Dallas on April 11, 1975. He graduated from Boswell High School in 1993 and Emerson College, Boston, in 1997. Chris lived his life with eyes wide open, so he wouldnt miss a thing. He was determined to get the most of his experience on this planet. His imaginative and inquisitive ways always led him to something new and different. His creative mind led to so many opportunities that allowed him to keep pushing himself and others to the next level. Chris had a truly gifted, creative mind. He was an actor, producer, editor, artist, designer, writer and so much more. Oh, how Chris loved his parents. Not only did he love them, but he truly loved being with them. He was inspired by them. For anyone who knew Chris, they also know his commitment, loyalty and deep love for his parents, Bill and Joyce. Its a one-of-a-kind bond with the three of them. Chris had found his true love, Kari. She had been his friend since elementary school, but just recently realized they also just happen to be soul mates. They were engaged and ready to spend the rest of their lives together. As so many friends have reflected on the life of Chris, the words and the sentiment is so very consistent. His pure and sincere kindness. Consistently warm smile. Acceptance of anyone and everyone. Loyalty. Sincerity. Brilliance. Clever wit and charm. Expressive. An intellectual. But, above all, what is most reflected on is how big of a heart Chris had. His heart was big and filled with kindness. What Chris has brought into this world and what he brought to all those in his life is not replaceable, but their lives and this world was better off in the time that Chris was a part of it. Although it was cut way too short, the scenes and sequences of the life of Chris Colegrove was designed, produced, edited and came together perfectly. He should be very proud of his production.
