Christopher James Slatick, 49, passed away, peacefully at home, Saturday, August 15, 2020. Celebration of Life: 6:30 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2020, at The Church at Azle, 1801 South Stewart Street, Azle, Texas. Chris was born May 9, 1971 to James and Carolyn Slatick, in Fort Worth. He was a project supervisor, and a resident of Fort Worth, Texas. He passed away unexpectedly on August 15, 2020, peacefully in his home at the young age of 49. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Carol, and his uncle Ron. He is survived by his wife Edie; his sons, Dillon and Brandon; his brother, Jimmy, and his wife, Robin; sister, Debbie, and her husband, Brad; brother, Mark; his sister, Kim, and many other extended family members.
