David T. "Buzzy" Cypert, 84, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024.

Memorial Service:  2:00 pm, Monday, March 4, 2024, Biggers Funeral Home, 6100 Azle Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76135.

David was born December 16, 1939, in Hillsboro, Texas to Raymond and Helen (Akins) Cypert and grew up in the Riverside area of Fort Worth. He attended Carter-Riverside High School and later served in the US Army near the end of the Vietnam conflict.

Having never met a stranger, David was blessed with many lifelong friendships he cherished deeply. He was easy-going and happiest when surrounded by friends and family.

David is survived by his sister, Bettye Nowlin and husband, Wade; his son, Craig Cypert; his daughter, Dee Smith and husband, James; grandsons, Derrick and Clayton Terrell, granddaughters, McKenzee and Kaylee Bennett, and several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
