Debra D. Gibbs, 56, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 22, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. Debbie was born December 27, 1958, in Blair, Nebraska, and was a longtime area resident. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard E. and Mildred I. West; and father-in-law, Dick Gibbs. She is survived by her husband, Brian Gibbs; children, Kent T. Rich and wife, Jennifer, and Kimberly Ann Svacina and husband, Tanner; sisters, Kimberly Knieper and Glenda May; brother, Richard West; grandchildren, Jacob, Kimberly, Abigail and Charles Rich and Tanly, Jordan and Madelyn Svacina; stepmother, Sue West; grandpa, Eddie Pellegrin; mother-in-law, Sharon Gibbs; and brothers-in-law, Casey and Ricky Gibbs.
