Delcena Jones, 99, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Thursday in Crafton Cemetery in Wise County. Delcena was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Jones. Survivors include her children, John D. Jones, Walter Jones and wife, Deana, and Sue Mills and husband, Jack; grandchildren, Sherry Marks and Kelly Mills Dougherty; and great-grandson, Christopher Marks.
