Dele Mildred Elliott, 78, passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at a local hospice. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Dele was born Oct. 24, 1933, in New Castle to Dave and Myrna Bellomy. She was a lifelong area resident and worked for many years at Pappajohns Farm and Produce on Ohio Garden Road. She was a faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church and did countless hours of volunteer work for the church and in her community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Elliott, and two sons, Dwight Elliott and Terry Chilcutt. Survivors include her son, Gary R. Chilcutt of Springtown; sister, Neva Docktor of Azle; grandchildren, Cristy Teague, Steven Chilcutt, Teresa Chilcutt, Melissa Sanderson and Scott Chilcutt; great-grandchildren, Breanna Howard, Bailee Chilcutt, Madison Chilcutt and Alexa Teague; great-great-grandchild, Brooklyn Howard; and many, many friends.
