Dixie Diann Hudson, 80, was called to her heavenly home Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Biggers Funeral Home in Lake Worth. Interment will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alpha Omega Hospice Services, P.O. Box 162041, Fort Worth, Texas 76461 (a non-profit organization). Diann was born May 7, 1935, in Sulphur Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lois Odell McDonald and John William Henley; stepfather, Carl "Lefty" Wilkerson; sister, Creba Sue Vieck; and son, Gerald Hudson. She is survived by her husband, Charles Edward Hudson; children, Bruce Hudson and wife, Gloria, and Carla Kohlmeier and husband, Paul; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, family, friends and loved ones.
