Don Terrill Massey passed away Friday, December 12, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Annes Church with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. Annes Church, 6055 Azle Ave., Lake Worth, Texas 76135. Don was born September 2, 1930, in Boonville, Missouri, to Willard and Beulah Massey. He had a long career in insurance and was the owner of Commercial Standard Insurance Co. in Fort Worth. Don served in the U.S. Army and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He operated Jimmy Reel Goose Hunting Club for many years and was a member of St. Annes Church, serving as an usher as health permitted. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Carol "Susie" Massey; children, Alan Massey and wife, Jane, of Dallas and Cindy Northern and husband, Dan, of Weatherford; grandchildren, Shelley Burke, Monica House and Craig Massey; and six great-grandchildren.
