Elsie Ozella Young, 92, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Visitation: Tuesday, January 23, 2018, prior to the service. Elsie was born December 30, 1925 in Marietta, Oklahoma and was a longtime Fort Worth resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Lee Billingsley, a daughter, LaRetha Billingsley, two sisters, and three brothers. Survivors: Children, Wendall Billingsley, Beverly Pardue, and Pattye Hill; sister, Geneva Taylor; grandchildren, Steven Hill and wife, Josephine, Darin Hill and wife, Autumn, Alan Pardue and wife, Sherri, Donnie Pardue and wife, Cathy, and Stacy Joynt and husband, Lonnie; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
