Ethel Mae Cosgrove passed peacefully into the arms of her loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday evening, July 22, 2017, at the age of 83. Funeral: 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Jacob Goodman will officiate the service. Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at the funeral home. Ethel Mae McMullen Cosgrove was born March 6, 1934, in Azle, to James Horton and Myrtle Mae McMullen. She graduated Azle High School in 1953. She met the love of her life, Robert Dale Cosgrove, from Illinois, stationed at Carswell Air Force Base. They married on August 30, 1953 at Eagle Mountain Baptist Church in Fort Worth. She was an amazing listener and always found a way to make every person's life better with excellent family leadership gifts. She participated in many bible conferences and was a blessing to each person she ever met. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert D Cosgrove in 1998; her parents; sisters, Elizabeth Adams and Mildred Burt; and brothers, Bill McMullen, Paul McMullen, James McMullen, and Don McMullen. Survivors: She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Cosgrove and Judy White; four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
