Mary Frances Baker was born in Olney, Texas, on August 16, 1939. Early in life, Frances worked her way through nursing school at St. Joseph Hospital, in Fort Worth, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Nursing and Masters of Nursing to become a Certificated Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Frances was a member of the Fort Worth Woman's Club and a lifetime member of Club Corp. of America. Mrs. Buckler worked for Doctors throughout North Texas including Weatherford, Irving, and Fort Worth. She worked at Northwest Hospital in Fort Worth, TX; where she met the love of her life, Dr. Roger Moore. They were inseparable for 43 years until her passing on March 10, 2018. Frances and Roger loved life to the fullest. They travelled extensively; including New York, California, London and Hawaii at Christmas time. Every day for them, was a celebration that consisted of fun, great food, and wonderful friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be given to the Mary Frances Baker Buckler, CRNA Endowment at the University of Texas at Arlington, School of Nursing.
