Francisco De La Cruz passed away December 10, 2019. Services: 7 p.m. Tuesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday until the service begins. Graveside: 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Francisco was born November 17, 1944 in El Paso. He proudly served his county in the Army during Vietnam. Francisco was a truck driver for over 20 years. One of his favorite past times was going shopping at the Dollar Tree because everything is only $1. He also enjoyed his popsicles every night. Francisco was preceded in death by his parents Jose Rosario De La Cruz and Socorro Gonzales, as well as his daughter, Rebecca Portillo. Survivors: Wife of 51 years, Estela De La Cruz; children, Maria Elena Soto, Frank and Veronica Soto, Stella and Bart Carr, Joe and Frances De La Cruz, and Jessie and Anna De La Cruz; and grandchildren, Denise, Mindy, Stephen, Stephen Patrick, Crystal, Frank Jr., Micheal, Daniel, Jacob, Kimberly, Kelsey, Konner, Jodie, Kelsie, Anthony, Savannah, Jessie Jr., and Amber.
