Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park Wayne was born July 15, 1950, in Comanche, Texas to Frank Carlisle and Ruth Bell Perkins Carlisle. He graduated from Azle High School. He married Jo Ann Parks in November 1975. Wayne loved coaching and umpiring. He liked to fish and tinker with old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ruth Carlisle; his sister, Barbara Stoker; his grandchildren, Devin and Dylan Carlisle. Wayne is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Carlisle; his children, Donnie and Tonya Carlisle, Gordon and Cary Carlisle, Troy and Miste Carlisle; his grandchildren, Connor Carlisle, Clay Cox, Kaylee and Daniel Hardin, Cooper Carlisle, Cade Carlisle, Olivia Carlisle, Emma Carlisle, Kash Carlisle, Kannon Carlisle, Kane Carlisle; and his great grandson, Soren Carlisle.
