Fredricka C. "Freddy" Blizzard, 62, a retired 35 year employee of Dayton Superior, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 2, at Terrace Acres Baptist Church, 632 N. Las Vegas Trail in White Settlement. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the M.S. Society. She was preceded in death by parents, William Alderson Blizzard and Julia Marguerite (Snyder) Gilliam; and brothers, Gary Dunlop and Paul Blizzard. Freddy is survived by her daughter, Shelly L. Piper; sisters, "Maggie" Diane Morrison and Edwina L. Byers; brothers, Del R. Gilliam and Preston E. Gilliam; sister-in-law, Lauretta Blizzard; and a large extended family.
