Gary E. "Gene" Denson Jr., 52, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 in his home. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 13, at The Church at Azle. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Home. Gene was a Fort Worth native born November 22, 1964 to Joyce (Obel) and Gary E. Denson, Sr. He was self-employed and a contractor and was recognized for building beautiful decks and the like. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; children, Jody Denson, Conor Denson, Megan Deaver, and Tonna Denson; parents, Gary and Joyce Denson; brothers, Jeff and Trae Denson; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
