Gary Lee Godbey, 60, of Azle, Texas passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017. There are no words to express his family and friend's heartbreak. Memorial Service: 4 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. He was born to Ronald and Martha (Worsham) Godbey on May 13, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas. Gary was dearly loved. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Martha Godbey and son, Christopher Lee Godbey. Survivors include his love, Linda Carpenter of Azle; daughter, Leah Godbey of Arlington; sister and brother - in-law, Julie (Godbey) and Ken Engbrock of La Porte, Texas; nephew, Wesley Thompson and family, Madison, Evelyn and Remington of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; and many cousins, aunts and uncle.
