Gary Dan Rudder, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed from this life on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the age of 82.

Celebration of His Life: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Lighthouse Fellowship Church, 7200 Robertson Road, Fort Worth, Texas.

Gary was born on July 1, 1942, in Dallas, Texas, to his loving parents, Anna Doris Rudder and Dan Rudder. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 1964, Gary was an active member of the Singing Cadets and the Corps of Cadets in A-1 Company during his time at the university. These experiences shaped his love for music, camaraderie, and leadership, which he carried with him throughout his life.

Gary was preceded in death by his cherished grandparents, Nannie and D.W. Allison and Maude and Sim Rudder, his devoted parents, Doris and Dan Rudder.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Beverly Rudder; his sons, Jay Rudder and Rob Rudder; his daughter, Jenefer (Rudder) Baer; his nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Linda (Rudder) Neal; two nieces, Lori (Neal) Bowman and Lindsay Neal: and one nephew, Lane Neal.

His family was his pride and joy, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Gary's kind heart, gentle spirit, and steadfast faith made him a guiding light in the lives of those around him. His passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
