Gay O. Harper Fulgham, 77, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Private in Authon Cemetery. Visitation: 10-11 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017, at the funeral home prior to the service. Gay was born November 19, 1939 in Decatur to James E. and Dorothy P. Harper. She was a 1958 graduate of Northside High School and retired in 1995 after 30 years with General Foods. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Billy Wayne Fulgham on January 22, 2011. Survivors: Son, Mitch Fulgham of Springtown; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
