General Lee Phillips, 77, passed away Friday July 6, 2012 at a Bedford hospital. Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be Friday in Jeffers Cemetery in Oneida, Tenn. Survivors included his wife, Loretta L. Phillps of Saginaw; daughters, Debbie Minor of Elko, Nev. and Terry Rura of Reno, Nev.; stepdaughters, Juanita Anderson of Parks, Nev., Sherry Wimble of Saginaw, Gayle Blackford of Jackson, Neb., and Christine Schrader of Denver, Col.; brother, Robert Phillips; sisters, Peggy Phillips and Jean Tedder; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
