Glenda Sue Jordan, age 76, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023

Visitation: 12:00 to 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Biggers Funeral Home

Glenda Sue Jordan was born on November 2, 1946, in Cooper, Texas to William Ray Griffin and Effie Marie (Arnold) Griffin. Glenda met the love of her life, Bobby Wayne Jordan and married him on April 10, 1965, and together they had one daughter, Danny.

She was a full-time homemaker who enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, reading a wide variety of books and traveling to many places across the United States and Canada. She was also very involved in her faith at the Church of Christ.

Glenda was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bobby Jordan; her sister, Linda Hunter and brother, Mike Griffin.

She is survived by her daughter, Danny Bankhead; her sister, Joyce Williams and brother, Ricky Griffin.
