Guy Dean Larson, of Haslet, Texas, passed away peacefully Monday, September 14, 2026, at the age of 67.

Born on January 7, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas, Guy lived a life defined by hard work, generosity, and an unmistakable sense of humor.

Guy graduated from high school in Baytown, Texas, and went on to build a long and respected career, beginning as a telephone lineman for GTE and continuing with Verizon for many years. He took great pride in his work and in providing for those he loved.

Known for his quick wit and playful sarcasm, Guy had a way of bringing laughter into every room. Yet beneath his humor was a deeply caring and selfless spirit. He was always the first to give of himself, putting the needs of others before his own. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life: his love of classic cars, cooking for family and friends, caring for his six beloved dogs, and traveling and camping in the great outdoors. Above all, he treasured time spent with his grandchildren.

Guy is survived by his loving wife, Cathy Larson; his father, Larry Larson; his mother, Joy Morgan; his sons, Derek Larson and Jason Larson; his daughters-in-law, Vanessa Larson and Tiffany Larson; his stepdaughter, Brittany Davies; his son-in-law, Ceri Davies; and his cherished grandchildren, Ruston Larson, Lily Larson, Austin & Emmett Davies.

Guy's warmth, kindness, and laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
