Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, March 11, 2022 at Biggers Funeral Home. He was born July 21, 1964, in Acua Coahuila, Mexico to Ines and Enedelia Soto, the first of two siblings. He migrated to Fort Worth, Texas as a young child where he would reside for the rest of his life. Ines Soto was preceded in death by his father and sister Aida Aracely Soto of Ciudad Acuna, Mexico. He is survived by his mother, his children and grandchildren; Ines Houston, Heather, Keren, Elizabeth, Ines Loghan, Estevan and Enedelia Madison all of Fort Worth; and extended family and friends.
