Jacqualine "Jackie" Faye Glover passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 64 in Fort Worth, Texas.  Jackie was a beloved wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

A celebration of Jackie's life will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Biggers Funeral Home, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.  Family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share stories of the beautiful life she lived.

In memory of Jackie, contributions can be made to Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County.  This organization was close to Jackie's heart.  Any donations made in her memory will help support their mission of providing meals to those in need.

Jackie was born on March 4, 1959, in Alexandria, Louisiana, at England Air Force Base.  Growing up in the military, the family was stationed in Zaragoza, Spain, where she graduated from Zaragoza High School in 1977.  While living in Spain, she met William Wayne Glover.  They married on August 16, 1978, and again, later in a civil ceremony on September 9, 1978, giving Jackie two weeks to celebrate her anniversary!   After leaving Spain in 1979, they moved to Texas where they settled down and had two children, Kenneth and Tara.

Jackie was known for her kind and loving nature.  She always wore a smile on her face.  Her sense of humor was infectious.  She had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand.  Her warm, outgoing personality touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Jackie had a passion for life and enjoyed various hobbies.  She was an avid bowler and traveled with her bowling team to various state and national tournaments.  She had a sense of adventure and enjoyed road trips with Wayne in their Corvette, exploring new places and learning American history.  She loved cheering on the Texas Rangers while enjoying a cold beer.  She liked camping and loved a good rock concert.  She was a runner and participated in multiple 5Ks, proudly showing off the medals she won. Jackie found solace in sewing, reading, and jigsaw puzzles, which brought her joy and relaxation.  Jackie's most favorite pastime of all was being "Nana".  She loved being with her grandkids, whether it was watching them play sports, doing crafts, or playing games, she enjoyed just spending time with them.  Her heart was full.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Wayne Glover; her son, Kenneth Glover and his wife, Shana; grandchildren, Dallas and Summer; her daughter, Tara Glover; granddaughter, Addisyn; her parents, Armando and Shirley Ellena; her sisters, Francine (Greg) Brown and Kristine (Mike) Long; her brothers, Rodney Clark, Tommy Ellena, and Dino Ellena; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Penny and Billy White; and she leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony "Tony" Ellena.

Jackie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  Though she may not be here physically, her kind, nurturing spirit and loving nature will forever remain in our hearts.  May she rest in eternal peace.
