James Richard Padgett Sr., 71, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Aurora Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home. Jim was born May 1, 1944, in Louisiana and lived most of his life in the Fort Worth area. He worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for many years prior to his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra L. Padgett; children, Jimmy R. Padgett Jr., Brenda Allen and David Padgett; stepchildren, Randy Harris, Tracy Harris and Shannia Pilcher; sisters, Judy and Linda; 13 grandchildren; and his four-legged little girl, Indy.
