James Theodore Svetlay Jr., 59, of Willow Park, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018, in Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Ave., Lake Worth, Texas. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. Thursday prior to the service. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018, in Markley Cemetery in Markley. James was born December 27, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama, to James and Barbara Svetlay. He was preceded in death by his father, James Theodore Svetlay Sr. and his step-father, Tommy Sullivan. He is survived by his wife, Laura Preston; mother, Barbara Sullivan; brother, Stan Sullivan; and granddaughter, Lucy Martin.
