Janie Ruth Fox, 70, an amazing mom, nanna, sister and friend, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013. A funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God, 420 Blue Mound Road. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. Janie was preceded in death by her husband, James, on August 25, 2011. She is survived by her son, J.L. Fox and wife, Judy; daughter, Jeanna Fox; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jordan, Kenzie, Kyleigh and Kelby; great-grandson, Bradford; siblings, Lynn Wingrove and husband, Gary, Marilyn Thomas and husband, Allen, Wanda Gambrell and husband, Virgil, Larry Brown and wife, Belinda, and Jerry Brown and wife, Gay Nell.
