Janis Raye (McLemore) Burch, 88, retired housewife and a longtime resident of Lake Worth passed peacefully September 23, 2024 in Azle, Texas.

Janis was born June 4, 1936 to Mac and Jewel McLemore in Dallas, Texas. She married Wayne Hooper Burch in August 1958. She was a devout Christian and dearly loved her family. She was one of the sweetest women you could have ever met.

She is survived by her children, Randall Blaine Burch and wife, Mary of Decatur, Lori Malone Fisher and husband, Dennis of North Richland Hills, Rory "Cal" Burch; step-grandchildren, Travis Lujan and wife, Kayle, B.J. Hill and wife, Mikka, and Curtis Hill all of Stephenville; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
