His life was filled with passion, determination, and an unwavering love for those who mattered most to him. Jaurus spent most of his childhood in Moreno Valley California, before moving to Fort Worth Texas at the age of 13. His life was not a conventional one. Jaurus strove hard to show he was not a product of his circumstances; like most young people he wanted to make a mark in this world. Jaurus was a very charismatic young man; he made friends, no matter where he went. He attended Creekview Junior high school and went on to graduate from Boswell High School. Jar had a deep love for sports, with Basketball being his favorite. He played basketball throughout high school and always kept up with professional players stats., discussing them during different sports games and his friends.
Jaurus was also passionate about maintaining his health and caring for his body, spending a lot of time at the gym. His grooming was equally important to him; so much so that he and his boys never missed a weekly date with his favorite barber, Eric.
After graduating high school, Jar was determined to make his mark on the world, make his mom and children proud. He started in the restaurant industry before being recruited to work and manage a.m. p.m. Medical Center. Where he honed his leadership and management skills. Later, Jaurus returned to the restaurant industry as a manager for Chili's in Lake Worth, here he worked hard and diligently as Manager. A secret he shared with his mother, that he was being groomed for the position of general manager.
Jaurus leaves to cherish his memory his Mom, Lugenia Huston, sisters, Johnniece Sherman & her husband, Anthony, sister Lestra Carlisle, Carlton Collins; his brother, Ahmed Carlisle as well as his nieces Jaya, Jailey, Janara; nephews Johnathan, Lamon, Joshua, Jahmed, Jaidon Larry and his special relationship he had with his "brother" Jai Von Larry, who grew up believing Jaurus was his brother, actually, Jaurus was his uncle; He also leaves to mourn his passing his beloved children, Jaylen, Jordan, Jessa, Xander, and of course his daughter Jazlynn, who will make her debut February/March of 2024 by way of Jessica (last name); Jaurus also leaves behind to mourn him Autumn Marie, Mariya Whitman.
Jaurus was full of laughter, he was full of fun, but he never stopped until his work was done. He had time for his family, children and friends. There was no limit on the love he would give. His newfound faith brought him joy. He was tough and he was gentle. He was a son, a dad, a brother, an uncle, and a good friend! We will always remember the strong, tall, handsome young man known as "Jay'.
