Jean Spradley, 81, retired nurse and business owner of DC & Jean's Market passed away into God's loving arms October 29, 2021 at her Azle home. Memorial service: 3:00 pm, Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Biggers Funeral Home Chapel Jean was born August 22,1940 in Landestreu, Canada. She graduated Valedictorian of her high school class in 1958. She received her degree in Psychiatric Nursing in 1961 and married DC Spradley June 30,1961. She resided in Ft. Worth since 1972 and then later retired from nursing in the late 80's. It was then that she operated full time with her family DC & Jean's Market and eventually retired in 2013. Jean was a Lung Cancer survivor. Jean is survived by her children, Joey Spradley and wife, Lisa, Jane Hodges, and Delilah Browning; grandchildren, Jena Spradley, Robert Hodges, Heidi Browning, and Liliana Browning. She is preceded in death by her husband, DC Spradley and granddaughter, Elaina Spradley Skinner.
