Jean Womack was welcomed into heaven by her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Her beloved husband, Bill, was also waiting for her in heaven with open arms. Jean passed away on the fifth anniversary of Bill's death, a fitting tribute to their enduring love for each other.

Service: 10:00 am, Friday, December 13, 2024 at First Baptist Church of Lakeside

Committal: 2:00 pm, at Live Oak Cemetery, near Rio Vista.

Visitation: 9:00 – 10:00 am, Friday, prior to the Service.

Jean was born on October 18, 1932, in Green Cove Springs, Florida, and lived a full life of 92 years. Her life was deeply entwined with the three men she cherished most: Bill, Tex, and Danny. She was a devoted stay-at-home mom, Cub Scout den mother, and the everyday referee of two growing boys. Jean worked side by side with Bill, running a tractor implement business and an auctioneer business. She was truly the centerpiece of her family.

Jean is survived by her son, Tex Womack (Wanda); a special niece she loved as a daughter, Joann (Darrell); three grandchildren, Zac (Amanda), Travis (Jenny), and Kindall (Matt); and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Bill; her son, Danny; her granddaughter, Jenise; and a daughter who died at birth. Jean also outlived all of her siblings: two brothers, Robert and F.D., and two sisters, Clara and Frances.

Jean will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, dedication, and family will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
