Jerry Ray King, age 80, of Azle, TX passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024. He was born September 14, 1944 in Fletcher, Oklahoma to the late Oggleton King and Mildred King Traister.  Jerry served honorably in the Texas Army National Guard for 33 years.  Before his retirement as LTC, he was Shop Superintendent for the Combined Support Maintenance Shop #1.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 30 years, Janet; his daughter, Tiffani Woolley and husband, Kevin; son, Mark King and wife, Arianna; daughter, Ashley Irish and husband, Jeremy; stepdaughter, Ami Hassouni and husband, Fred; stepson, Ryan Atkins and wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Mckenzie and Chase Woolley; Katelyn, Lane, and Emma King; Hailee, Jamison, and Nash Irish; Yuna Blu; Haden Atkins, Cecilia Hassouni; Taylor and Jaden Lindley; sister-in-law, Helen King; sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Jo Ann Haden-Miller and Bill Miller; niece and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joyce Wayne King and Ramon Lee King; and his sister, Brenda Ann King.

No funeral Services will be held. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date.
