Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment: 1:30 PM, Wednesday, November 25, 2020, Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas. Jesse Irvin Richter, Jr., was born January 5, 1945 to Jesse Irvin Richter, Sr., and Bertha Elma Cassel Richter, in Morgan Township, Greene Co, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Southfield High School, Detroit, Michigan in 1963. He married Jennifer Mary Jones in 1966. They were married for 54 years. Jesse served 23 years in the US Air Force and 17 years as a certified peace officer for the Tarrant County Sherriff's Department. He was a man who loved his family, road trips, PB&J's, working on computers and enjoyed his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents. Jesse is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jennifer Richter; daughter, Donna Richter and son, Jesse R. Richter; grandchildren: Brandon and Tyler Tennerson; Katelyn, Brookelyn and Jordan Richter; great grandchildren: Karinah, Landry, and Ryleigh Tennerson; siblings: Karen Richter and Robert Richter; and extended family in England and the United States of America.
