John "Jack" Samuel Hartford, beloved husband and father, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, in Biggers Funeral Chapel in Lake Worth. In honor of Jack and for his family, please, in lieu of flowers, hug your loved ones. You never know how much time you have. His beautiful smile and happy soul will be forever cherished by his loved ones. Even in death, he continued to help others by being an organ donor. Jack is survived by his wife, Nicole Hartford; children, Jaden and Aubrey Hartford; parents, John and Roberta Hartford; sister, Christina Hartford; mother and father-in-law, Lisa Clark and Richard Bailey; brother and sisters-in-law, Brent and Brad Clark and JC, Brooke, and Andrea Bailey; and many other family members.
